Returns and Refunds

At MumbaiMeds, we do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However if you receive an incomplete order, expired product, damaged product, incorrect product and you decide to return an order,  please notify us immediately within 7 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution.

 No refunds will be processed beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.

Upon receiving your return/refund request, MumbaiMeds shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If we find that the request is genuine, it will initiate the return and/ or refund process outlined below.

On receipt, returned medicines will be verified and a refund will be processed back to your original payment source (amount will be credited to MumbaiMeds Credit in case of a cash on delivery payment) within 48 hours of verifying the genuineness of the complaint.

 A return pickup will be done from our end for the incorrectly delivered medicines.  A return pickup will be done from our end for the medicines to be returned. On receipt, Returned medicines will be verified and a refund will be processed back to the customers MumbaiMeds Credit account or your original payment source within 48 hours of MumbaiMeds receiving the returned medicines at our licensed location.

Non-Returnable Products: All electronic products & products requiring cold chain maintenance/ refrigeration come under non-returnable and non-refundable policy. We does not accept returns or give refunds for these products.

Acceptance of the Goods We request You to verify the complete details and the documents provided to You at delivery before acceptance of the Goods. Any complaints with regard to shortage of Goods, defects or otherwise will not be entertained by MumbaiMeds once the same are accepted at the time of delivery.

Product Cancellation:

User may cancel the order of a product before it is out for delivery. On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect.

The order cannot be cancelled once the product is out for delivery.
